What to Bring to Your Appointment
If you are coming to the center for the first time, it is important to have copies of your medical records in order to get the most information from your visit.
- Recent mammograms films
- Ultrasound films
- Biopsy results related to your breast problem
- Surgeries records related to your breast problem
- Chest x-rays
- CT scans
- Bone scans
- Other x-rays.
You may need to sign an authorization to release your medical records before obtaining your films, reports, pathology slides, etc. from the facility where the procedures were performed.
If you are having a mammogram before you see the doctor, please be sure it is scheduled
1-2 hours prior to your visit with your physician.
